Hello again Stiletto Readers!
It’s Dr. Sharon Mitchell of AIM Healthcare Foundation, Dr. Patric and I have seen quite a lot of bad vaginal behavior this month, so we figured this topic may warrant some education!
The vagina (pussy) is a delicate organ which has its own special PH balance. It is important not to interrupt that balance with too much douching, and strange objects, as well as ANYTHING that has been in your ass, NEVER take something from your butt, and put it into your pussy. This causes an infection known as “Bacterial Vaginosis” this is also know as “smelly pussy”. Pussy should never, ever, smell like fish. If your pussy smells like fish, you may have BV. In some cases, BV can be passes back and forth from boyfriend to girlfriend or girlfriend to girlfriend. So, if you do have BV. Make sure you ask for enough medication for your partner. At AIM we always medicate private and professional partners, and we suggest the same everywhere. You must both take the meds (which is a one time dose), at the same time and refrain from sex for at least 3-5 days. This way if you both have different healing times, you will not re infect each other.
Now then, we know the Porn Business is competitive, but stop putting those bizarre things in your pussy that you cannot get out and must come in AIM for us to pull them out. For example: chopsticks, toy cars, light bulbs, vegetables, champagne, baby oil, and anything sharp or just too damned obviously big for the pussy to handle. Now we know the pussy is an amazing organ, but it can wear out if not properly cared for.
Pubococcygeus muscles, they are the same muscles that you use to pee, poop, and cut the flow of bodily fluids off. You need to practice this in order to have a well balanced, long lived, vagina. These exercises are called “Kegels”, named after Dr. Kegel who invented the exercise. There are a couple of ways to do them, this is how I do mine, and at almost 50, I am proud to say that my pussy is tight as a clam!
Lay down on your back point your clit to the sky, and squeeze your pubococcygeus (pelvic muscles) as if are peeing and going to “cut off” the flow of pee. You will instantly feel your pussy contract. This is a Kegel. Now, to get maximum use out of this exercise, do “sets” just like at the gym. Do 25 with nothing in the vagina. Then do 25 with one finger in, and twenty five with two fingers in, then back to one finger, and no fingers. This exercise along with a check up every 3 months and a pap smear, not too much douching and no ass to pussy, should keep you in good vaginal health for a lifetime. You can also make it fun and ask your partner to assist! Also, this exercise has been known to massively improve vaginal orgasm, so if that’s not a motivator, I don’t know what is!
Well, that’s it for this month, please if you have any questions, contact Dr. Mitch at SXCheck@gmail.com and have a healthy, sexy day!
